dr scratches pagatches holds several phd letters in a variety of subjects, most of which are still classified by both the us and british governments. she left public service in 1965 during the warren commission's investigation into the late president kennedy's assassination. her deep cover in the liberian forests had an unusual side-effect of her developing a deafening purr. captured by the north vietnamese near the mekong delta, she developed an unnatural affection to lying in someone's lap and purring until someone goes insane. she has never been brought up on charges, but she is suspected of several instances of feline aggression, so much so, that mark fuhrman is considering a book tour. always within torment distance of her nemesis samantha cat, dr scratches pagatches is drawn to the principles of knight rider, "a man who does not exist".
